INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Deliveries

We currently take Singapore and Malaysia orders direct on our website, we're happy to organise orders for our other International customers via email.

We ship worldwide, all international shipments are sent with Australian Post. Delivery times will vary based on local markets and we endeavour to complete all shipments within 10-15 working days. 

Import Duties & Taxes

If you’re placing an order for delivery outside Australia, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary between countries. It’s your responsibility to ensure any items you order are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. We accept no responsibility for the refund or replacement of any items or costs related to, or resulting from, the confiscation of any goods by your country’s customs or regulatory body.

Risk & Responsibility

Unfortunately, Windarra Honey cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once it has shipped with the courier. You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.

Shipping Fees

Please note that there will be an additional fee for shipping, the cost is determined by weight. The price increases as the weight of your order increases, every country and order may vary in shipping cost. 

Payment Methods

For payment of invoices we except credit card or bank deposit, once full payment has been received into our account, we will release your order and have it shipped out to you.

Order Packaging

Each Windarra order is carefully hand packed, with each bottle plastic wrapped for extra care to get your honey safely to you. We currently have three boxes that fit our squeezy bottles neatly in either x4, x10, x20, x40 units. We also suggest purchasing any of the plastic bottles rather than the tubs or glass as they travel better. 

Placing Orders
